Dear APYouthNet members,

We are pleased to announce that the first discussion forum will be held
during April 27 - May 8, 2009.  The discussion will focus on the impacts
of the global financial crisis on *Youth Enterprise* - seeking your
experiences, expertise and feedback on the issue. At the end of the
forum, comments from participating members will be consolidated and
acknowledged into an issues paper and distributed to all members of the
community.  The paper can provide directions for our future research and
programme/policy level work in this field.

We are pleased to have Mr. Peter Kenyon on board as the moderator for
this very first and important event! Peter is a social entrepreneur and
community enthusiast who has worked with over 1000 communities through
out Australia and overseas.

In order to participate and contribute to this forum, you will need
to:

1.         Be a member of APYouthNet community.  If you are not already a
member, please go to: http://ap-youthnet.ilobkk.or.th/join_form

2.         Once a member, you will need to subscribe to the discussion
forum by clicking on this link:
http://ap-youthnet.ilobkk.or.th/discussion-lists/youth-enterprise.

right-hand column, click *subscribe.*

A note will be sent to all members prior to the forum to remind you of
the discussion dates (please do not try to post any topics after
subscribing just yet - the forum will start on April 27th).  We are very
excited about this event and look forward to your active participation
and contribution. See you on the portal!

Sincerely,
The APYouthNet team
